My commitment to excellence led me to Southern California's premier brokerage, First Team Real Estate. As former Director of Training, I developed "First Team University," serving over 2,000 agents. Currently serving as Regional Manager overseeing the Anaheim Hills and Corona offices, I've transformed Anaheim Hills from 80 agents ranked second in the city to over 125 agents holding the #1 position—earning me First Team's Manager of the Year award in 2017.

Family drives everything I do. My wife Dana and son Wyatt are my greatest inspirations. Music provides my creative outlet—I've written many songs over the years, some featured in videos and commercials, with my proudest achievement being co-writing "Under the Sun" for Sugar Ray's fourth album, which peaked at #6 on the Billboard charts and achieved Gold status. As a lifelong Orange County resident, I'm a devoted Angels and Ducks fan.
As a founding member of "First in our Hearts," First Team's charitable foundation, I help coordinate community support. In 2013, Dana and I funded a water well for Ooralipatti, a village in India that had never experienced clean water access.
My offices and company are deeply committed to community service. Every September 11th, we observe "Feed a Hero" day, visiting local fire and police departments. We host Red Cross blood drives, support Live Like JoJo charity, TeamKids, organize annual food drives, and participate in the "Cops for Kids" toy drive.
